If so, this role was built with you in mind.We’re looking for an Onboarding Project Manager who can lead the full client onboarding lifecycle—from sales handoff through go-live and post-launch support. You’ll ensure new customers have a smooth and confident start with our CRM/AMS SaaS platform, acting as the key driver of timelines, expectations, and deliverables across all stakeholders.What You’ll OwnEnd-to-End Project Delivery Run onboarding projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring quality execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.Cross-Team Collaboration Serve as the bridge between Sales, Data Services, and Development—keeping everyone aligned and on track.Client-Facing Leadership Lead onboarding calls, manage project plans, and provide consistent updates on progress, milestones, and deliverables.Data Migration Oversight Coordinate the entire data import process: cleansing, mapping, and validation with internal teams and clients.Technical Translation Take client requirements and turn them into clear, actionable tasks for data and dev teams.Risk Spotting & Resolution Identify scope risks early (data issues, integration challenges, etc.) and lead proactive solutions.Process Improvement Bring feedback loops to life—refining templates, tools, and workflows to scale onboarding efficiency.What Sets You ApartYou’re a client-first communicator—clear, confident, and always proactive.You own your work—high accountability, low hand-holding.You thrive on translating business needs into technical outcomes.You spot problems before they happen—and solve them before they escalate.You’re energized by fast-paced, evolving environments.What You’ll BringRequired:3–5 years of experience managing client onboarding in CRM/AMS platforms, or within insurance distribution operationsStrong written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining technical topics to non-technical audiencesProven project management chops—juggling multiple clients while staying detail-focused and organizedFamiliarity with SaaS systems, CRM/AMS architecture, and data migration best practicesBachelor’s degree (Information Systems or related field preferred)Preferred:Hands-on SQL/database skills or advanced spreadsheet data manipulationPrior experience with insurance and annuities processingAvailability to work onsite or hybrid from Woodstock, GAWhy Join?You’ll be the face of the first impression.
