We’re looking for a Head of Product Growth to lead the investment business performance and strategic growth. This is a key cross-functional role focused on setting goals, tracking performance, and driving revenue across the trading vertical. You’ll serve as the central focal point in the organization to align stakeholders, identify business opportunities, and ensure the investments domains grows in line with company goals and KPIs. You'll work closely with Product, Data, Marketing, Finance, Ops and others to move fast, experiment, and continuously improve user activity and monetization. Your Day-to-Day:
Own and drive the business performance of our investment and trading line - with clear revenue, activity, and growth KPIs. Define and lead the growth strategy for the domain, from opportunity identification to cross-functional execution. Analyze key metrics (e. g. trading volumes, activation, retention, ROI) and translate insights into action plans. Coordinate and push forward growth experiments (pricing, journeys, partnerships etc’) in collaboration with domain experts. Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and opportunities in the trading ecosystem. Ensure full alignment across teams on goals, initiatives, and timelines. Requirements:
5+ years of product / business / growth management experience - with a strong focus on driving performance. Hands-on experience in a trading/securities product environment - a must. A track record of setting and achieving measurable business goals (revenue, engagement, volumes). Deep understanding of digital trading platforms and how users interact with them. Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and user data. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data) to launch and scale initiatives.
