The individual will be responsible for delivering engaging online English lessons, planning lessons, and ensuring high teaching standards through testing and evaluation. Additional tasks include participating in live streaming sessions to engage students and provide an interactive learning experience.QualificationsProficiency in English Teaching and EducationExperience in Lesson Planning and TeachingEffective Communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to engage and motivate students through innovative teaching methodsBachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferredExperience in online education or livestreaming is a plusRole DescriptionOnline English Teacher (GTE) – Teach small groups (1:5 or 1:8) of primary and secondary students on ClassIn.Dlive Teacher – Conduct 1:n live classes for Grade 1–9 students (C1+ English level & university graduate required).Online Test Examiner (OTE) – Interview & assess students 1:1 via Google Meet (at least 10 hours/week).Joy Class Teacher – Teach fun English lessons for kids aged 4–10.Back-up Teacher – Stand by to sub classes; get paid at the main teacher rate when you teach.Requirements:Age: 18–45At least 3–6 months of English teaching experience (center, home, or online)Clear pronunciation (Northern or Southern accent)Professional appearance & demeanorLaptop (≥8GB RAM) & stable internet connectionBenefits: Competitive pay: 90,000–550,000 VNDProfessional training on pedagogy, class management, and communicationFlexible schedule – teach from home!Regular workshops & performance-based rewards
