Marketing ExecutionDevelop and execute online marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.Implement partnership programs with digital platform partners to drive sales and enhance customer experience.Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms to increase brand awareness and support sales.Plan, manage, and deploy content for websites and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) in collaboration with designers/agencies.Coordinate with KOLs and KOCs for review campaigns and commercial activities on digital platforms.2. Analysis & EvaluationConduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify suitable Digital Marketing tactics such as SEO/SEM, Affiliate Marketing, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Zalo OA, etc.Develop and maintain a customer database; analyze purchasing behaviors and competitor activities to optimize digital marketing strategies.Monitor and assess Digital Marketing campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, ROAS) and recommend improvement actions.Consolidate data and prepare performance reports highlighting effectiveness, productivity, strengths, weaknesses, and key learnings from completed campaigns.3. Internal & External CoordinationExplore business partnership opportunities with suppliers, e-commerce platforms, and applications relevant to the F&B sector.Provide regular updates to the Department Manager and related teams on progress and results of marketing and promotional activities.Maintain strong communication and collaboration across departments to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.Perform other duties assigned by the Department Manager.BENEFITS:Competitive salary, discussed directly during the interview based on capability.Full social, health, and unemployment insurance after 2-month probation.12 annual leave days + 2 probation leave days.13th-month bonus.Provided with necessary working equipment.Additional benefits on public holidays, Tet, and gifts from Mesa Group brands.Employee discounts when using products/services of Mesa Group (Texas Chicken, Hachiban Ramen, Blackmores, etc.).Dynamic working environment with opportunities for career development and advancement.REQUIREMENTS:College or University graduate, majoring in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing.Passionate about Marketing, PR, and advertising.Strong understanding of Digital Ads channels, digital platforms, and Digital Marketing tools.Proactive, responsible, energetic, and good at relationship building.Good computer literacy and competent work management skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Honest, diligent, and persistent.Able to work under pressure.
