These include notable home-grown brands such as Sun & Sand Sports, Dropkick, Supercare Pharmacy, Farm Fresh, Klassic, and international brands like Nike, Columbia, Converse, Timberland, Vans, Mama Sita's, and McCain.Role Overview:You will support the day-to-day execution of eCommerce operations across site merchandising, promotions, reporting, product readiness, and omnichannel fulfilment, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. You'll assist in optimising the digital customer experience by monitoring site functionality, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute commercial and content strategies as directed.Key Responsibilities: Assist with phasing and splits of revenue and volume budgets.Prepare trade and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).Conduct site checks for links, availability, find-ability, and visual merchandising.Review and update homepage menus and filters to optimise user experience.Raise and test bugs; perform UATs as required.Create and manage Category IDs, links, and visual merchandising in Akeneo/SFCC.Set up and submit promotions; verify price changes go live as expected.Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activity.Support omnichannel fulfilment: reporting, buffers, tickets, and store activations.Provide volume forecasts to the warehouse team.Review size health for key products and flag issues.Partner with catalogue team on readiness for launches and product deactivation.Skills & Experience: Proficiency in using website content management systems and e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce, Akeneo, Fluent, etc.Strong command of MS Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.Basic technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to interact with multiple software systems.High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsInteract with multiple internal teams (e.g. data & catalogue, tech, operations, supply chain) to ensure alignment of tasks
