Job Description

Job PurposeDrive IT Quality Assurance (QA) across the SDLC, ensuring solutions meet functional, design, and compliance requirements through rigorous test planning, execution, and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine test methods, author test plans/cases, and maintain traceability to requirements.Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT; perform defect management (log, track, verify fixes) and publish test reports.Lead risk assessment, escalate quality risks, and drive process improvements & preventive actions.Review product/design documentation to ensure clear, testable requirements.Administer IT quality standards & policies; ensure compatibility testing with vendor solutions.Conduct test reviews with cross-functional teams; coordinate acceptance criteria and handover to operations.Perform post-implementation monitoring and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering6+ years in a recognized organization within IT QA/Testing or IT Governance.Knowledge of ISO Quality Management, familiarity with CISA / COBIT / ITIL, and current service management practices.
