We would like to get to know you, if you share our values of passion, integrity, respect, discipline and diversity and if you agree, that ‘premium’ and ‘excellence’ are attributes not just for our products, but also for your work.Job Title: Online Sales Developer Used TrucksKEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase the visibility and sales of used trucks, leveraging digital platforms, analytics, and customer engagement tools to optimize the purchasing experience and drive revenue and sales growth.Main tasks:You are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with Daimler Truck AG Policies and the Company's Compliance Guidelines and Policies including Anti-Bribery and all relevant competition law.Posts, updates and promotes in-stock vehicle sales ads on the company website and partner platforms; Organizes online sales campaigns with partners; Monitors and analyzes sales ad performance to identify trends and adjust sales strategies; Identifies new advertising channels.Customer Interaction: Ensures effective communication with customers through online platforms, answering questions, providing assistance and guiding customers through the purchasing process. Generates sales leads by contacting potential customers by phone, email (newsletter) or online platforms. Takes incoming calls through the call center and distributes leads to the sales team based on a clear record. Provides specific reports to direct manager.Provides administrative and operational support in the sales process for sellers operating outside the TruckStore location (customer contact and reception, presentation of stock vehicles).Provides back-up for sellers with field activity (support in the preparation of offers, sales documents submission of the necessary internal forms to the FCA department, etc.).Creates content and manages social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) supervised by the marketing team; Actively participates in the development of the annual marketing and communication plan for TruckStore and follows the directions of the Marketing and PR Specialist in organizing customer events.Organize, provide support and participate in marketing events dedicated to customers (trade fairs, exhibitions etc.).Training and qualificationUniversity DegreeEnglish proficiency, German nice-to-haveDriver licence B categoryBasic knowledge in automotive industryTechnical knowledge:Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media Good analytical skillsAdvanced computer skillsSoft skills/individual competence:Result oriented towards actionFlexible, open, willing to learn, adaptable, team playerAble to work both in teams or independently.
