職務要約:・大阪契約管理部変更更新Gのスタッフとして、変更更新の全般業務(名義変更・証券再発行・分割連単・特約変更・特約解約減額)のBPM処理、Leader承認・社内外からの問い合わせ対応・顧客宛通知の作成、受理、確認、データ修正、保管、発送手配。証明書等の文書発送。職務詳細:・変更更新の全般業務(名義変更・証券再発行・分割連単・特約変更・特約解約減額)のBPM処理、Leader承認・社内外からの問い合わせ対応(問い合わせ受理、担当者へ振り分け、回答)・顧客宛通知の作成、受理、確認、データ修正、保管、発送手配、証明書等の文書発送。必須のスキル・経験:・金融機関における実務経験・正確に処理する能力・エクセル中級以上(VLOOKUPなどの検索関数、ピボットテーブルなど)有れば尚可のスキル・経験:・生命保険会社のオペレーション部門での業務(実務)経験求める人物像:・コミュニケーション能力(口頭、書面、プレゼンテーション)の高い人・何事にも前向きに取り組める人・他のメンバーを尊敬し、協力して取り組める人社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン:・社外勤務は週に3回程度残業について:・残業は月10-20時間程度を想定します給与:経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。通勤交通費支給(当社規定による)変動賞与年1回(個人、会社業績に応じて支給)勤務時間:フレックス制度については募集案件によって記載原則 9:00~17:00(実働7時間。フレックス制度あり)福利厚生:社会保険完備(健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険)、ベネフィットワン、各種研修制度(英語、日本語研修含む)、育児・介護休業制度、ベビーシッター支援制度、wiwiwシステム(育児休業からの復職支援システム)の導入、退職金制度休日休暇:完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日、年末年始、有給休暇、特別連続休暇、アニバーサリー休暇他勤務地:大阪オペレーションセンター 〒530-0005 大阪府大阪市北区中之島2-3-33 大阪三井物産ビル12FAbout Manulife And John HancockManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
