Field Communication and Operations Officer(Bangkok)Company: OtelHomesLocation: Bangkok (especially Sukhumvit and nearby areas)About Us:OtelHomes is an international hospitality and property management brand offering professional short-termrental management services across more than 30 platforms. Our goal is to deliver hotel-level comfort in ahomelike environment while helping property owners maximize their income through professionalmanagement.Position Summary:This position supports OtelHomes’ daily operations in Bangkok. The Field Communication and OperationsOfficer will assist with guest and homeowner communications, participate in on-site activities, andcoordinate between teams when needed. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and able torepresent the brand professionally both in the field and remotely.Main Responsibilities:• Meet guests or property owners in different areas of Bangkok when necessary• Take photos, videos, and prepare reports during check-ins, check-outs, or inspections• Coordinate with cleaning or maintenance teams when required• Handle small operational tasks (key delivery, document transfer, etc.)• Respond promptly to calls and messages during working hours• Provide basic English communication support to foreign guests when needed• Report daily activities and updates to the management team• Monitor check-in/out schedules and cleaning coordination for each propertyWorking Hours:• Regular working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM• During quiet periods, remote work or standby mode is acceptable• Must be ready to respond quickly in case of urgent situations (last-minute guest changes, technicalissues, etc.)• One day off per week (flexible depending on operations)• Flexibility is required during peak seasons or high booking daysQualifications:• Currently living in Bangkok or planning to stay long-term• Able to communicate in English (intermediate level is sufficient)• Professional, trustworthy, and with a corporate appearance• Active, solution-oriented, and strong in communication skills• Willing to work in the field when needed (e.g., Sukhumvit, On Nut, Bangna, etc.)• Able to commute by own means or by public transport (travel expenses will be covered)• Flexible with weekly or monthly schedules• Must be reachable by phone during working hoursAdditional Information:• A short training/orientation (1–2 days) will be provided• The position may start part-time or project-based and can become full-time later• Performance-based bonuses or commissions may apply• Company will provide necessary materials (ID card, reporting templates, et
