Operation Associate (Guest Service)

We are currently looking for an Operations Associate who will help us with our day-to-day operations.ResponsibilitiesGuest Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently handle guest check-outs, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.Guest Issues and Inquiries: Address guest concerns and queries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about the property, local attractions, and amenitiesDeadline Management: Complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines as directed by the Property Manager. Report any delays or issues to the Property Manager in a timely mannerCoordinate with housekeeping to ensure that apartments are clean and well-stockedDeliver exceptional customer service at all times, exceeding guest expectationsHandle guest feedback constructively and use it to improve service qualityRequirementPrevious experience in the hospitality industry is preferredFresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be consideredSociable and outgoing, comfortable interacting with guests from diverse backgroundExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa IndonesiaStrong ability to prioritize tasks, with a keen attention to detailHighly proactive, capable of working independently and taking initiativeWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidayAdaptable to changing schedules and able to handle high-pressure situationExcellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with guests and team memberProfessional demeanor and a positive attitudeFluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus
