Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Project Operations to lead our warehouse automation initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and delivery of automation projects across multiple client sites, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead the strategic execution of warehouse automation projects, managing all phases from planning to delivery.Oversee the implementation of automated systems, including robotics, conveyor technologies, and warehouse management software (WMS/WCS).Ensure cross-functional coordination among teams to achieve project goals and operational excellence.Manage field operations and travel to client sites as needed for project oversight.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Supply Chain, or a related field.Strong understanding of robotics, PLCs, WMS/WCS software, and material handling systems.Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.Willingness to travel to client sites for project execution.If interested, please submit your application to cvs@jdawms.com with your expected salary and resume.We regret that only short-listed candidates will be contacted shortly.
