We are seeking for an Operation Manager with Expertise in Auto Insurance Industry.ResponsibilitiesCustomer service for auto insurance productsPreparation of offers – Market searchPreparation of presentations for auto insurance industryControl/ handling of insurance policiesRegistration of contracts & invoices/ applications to company's & insurances' portalsRegistration & management of auto ClaimsCheck outstandings/ due dates of invoices & make necessary system arrangementsPreparing of renewals - Sending notificationsReporting QualificationsUniversity degree from Greek University or an equivalent degree from abroad and/or other institutionVery good use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint).Excellent knowledge of the English languageProfessional certificate of broker from the Bank of Greece (possibility for participating to exams upon their 1st announcement by the Bank of Greece, after recruitment)Knowledge of Auto insurance industry/ insurance products/claims is a pre-requisite Communication skillsExcellent use of written language (incl. ability to write texts, insurance offers, user manuals & procedures)Organization skillsTeamworkWillingness to learnWe offerFull Insurance - TEAEAPAE Auxiliary InsuranceMedical InsuranceSeminars & workshops
