Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What You'll DoWe’re looking for a Operations Readiness Engineer to join our Indonesia team.The Role Responsibilities IncludeReviewing the detailed engineering design, execution plan, and project execution process.Conduct routine inspections to ensure that all construction processes are in accordance with the design and are conduct correctly also create a report and discuss findings that need to be coordinated and followed up.Participate in the pre commissioning process, prestart commissioning, and the handover process.Assist in preparing reports on commissioning and handover results.Define the Operations Readiness activity plan to meet the client's Development Project goals and follow up execution.Ensuring that Operations and Maintenance procedures are produced in accordance with the best practice in a timely manner.Monitoring progress of OR activities, reporting significant delays to Project Management and engaging external service providers directly to complete overdue tasks.Liaise with Production Operations team to deliver all the existing facilities inputs required for the detail engineering. Communicate proactively with other team members.What You'll HaveMinimum of 5-7 years’ experience in mining, oil and gas operations Project. Prior experience as an operational readiness engineer Prior experience in the mining or resources industry is advantageous Tertiary qualifications in engineering or other relevant discipline Demonstrate behaviour and practices consistent with Managerial, co-worker and community duty of care obligations.
