You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, support product launches, and deliver seamless online shopping experiences that are both user-friendly and brand-aligned.Who You Are:You are a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working across teams, and can manage multiple priorities with confidence and professionalism.Desired Skills and Experience:3–5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, ideally with Shopify. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proficient in Shopify CMS and admin tools. Basic knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Shopify apps and integrations (e.g., Klaviyo, ReCharge, Yotpo). Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and SEO best practices. Strong communication and project coordination skills. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities. Bonus: Experience with Shopify Plus, Adobe XD, Asana, and international eCommerce operations. What You Will Be Doing:Manage and update Shopify product listings, landing pages, and site content. Ensure product pages are optimized for conversion, SEO, and brand consistency. Collaborate with developers and external agencies to troubleshoot and implement new features. Support marketing campaigns by setting up promo codes, discounts, and seasonal mechanics. Conduct quality assurance checks and resolve site issues related to content, pricing, or functionality. Assist in A/B testing and performance tracking of landing pages. Test new features and updates before deployment. Respond to internal reports of bugs or customer-facing issues.
