As an Operational Excellence Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising and streamlining our logistics processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational workflowsGround Operations Improvement: Take a hands-on approach, willing to get your hands dirty, to identify, propose, and implement improvements in ground operations for a more streamlined and effective workflowData Analysis: Utilise Python and SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data, providing insights to drive informed decision-makingProject management: Design initiatives, track timelines, and assess impacts. Resolve issues effectively to ensure the successful execution of projectsRequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and reportingCuriosity and Passion: Exhibit curiosity, passionate to understand the whys, and dedicated to solving problems and creating impactCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise mannerHands-On Approach: Willing to get your hands dirty and work with ground ops, to implement improvements.
