Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionWhat you will do:Provide the link between Technology & Innovation (T&I) UK&I functions regarding key improvement activitiesReview, determine and be accountable for End-to-End Operational Readiness on identified improvementsEstablish strong affiliations and maintain a 'trusted advisor' relationship with T&I function Senior ManagementAct as the 'Voice of IT Service Management' for all improvement activityProactively engage and inform internal delivery stakeholders as 'one team' ensuring seamless delivery of services to the client(s) during and immediately following transitionAct as the 'Voice of the Customer' for improvement activities by advising and influencing at all levels regarding the delivery, availability and functionality of services and systemsIdentify Risks and Issues for the operational areas of T&I which are identified or manifest themselves during transition activities, ensuring any new items and associated actions are logged onto the relevant internal risk registers. Ensure that risk and issues are reported accordingly to the relevant senior management, and they are kept fully informed of their status, when applicableSuccessfully lead, manage, and influence activities within a matrix managed environment when escalation is required.
