As Operational Manager, you will oversee and coordinate logistics, warehouse activities, and administrative flows to ensure efficiency and accuracy across all operational areas.Your mission is to guarantee that every operational process runs smoothly — from shipment to documentation — ensuring excellent service for customers and internal teams.TasksKey ResponsibilitiesOperations & CoordinationOversee daily logistics activities, including shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, and deliveries.Coordinate communication between suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.Monitor timelines, detect deviations, and take corrective actions promptly.Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.Process Optimization & SupportIdentify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions to enhance speed and efficiency.Support digitalization and process automation within operations and back office.Ensure consistent follow-up on administrative tasks related to shipments, orders, and invoicing.Team & Cross-Department CollaborationAct as a bridge between Logistics, Commercial, Finance, and Quality teams.Support management with operational data and reports for better decision-making.Encourage clear communication across departments.Continuous Improvement & Risk ManagementIdentify inefficiencies and implement solutions to reduce cost and improve speed.Design contingency plans to manage disruptions.Foster sustainability and transparency across the chain.RequirementsWe are looking for a proactive, structured, analytical and hands-on professional with strong coordination skills and attention to detail, who can keep the engine running and see the bigger picture at the same time.Must-HavesBachelor’s degree (or HBO equivalent) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related.3–5 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or Back-office coordination, ideally in FMCG or fresh produce.Strong planning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a structured way of working.Fluent in English and Spanish (must); Dutch or another European language is a plus.Confident using digital tools (Microsoft pack), ERP systems, and communication platforms.Must be based in the Netherlands .CompetenciesHands-on & proactive: ready to act and solve daily operational challenges.Excellent communicator: clear and professional across different departments.Organized & detail-oriented: keeping control of multiple flows simultaneously.Team player: collaborative, flexible, and supportive of others.Customer-oriented: ensuring efficiency and service excellence.Performance GoalsEfficiency and accuracy in daily operations.On-time coordination of shipments and documentation.Smooth communication between logistics, commercial, and finance teams.Reduced operational errors and improved process flowBenefitsWhat We OfferA pivotal role in a fast-growing international company with exciting challenges.A multicultural, dynamic environment where your ideas matter.A structured induction program to get you on board smoothly.Career development opportunities — this role is a gateway to leadership.Competitive salary and benefits package.Are you ready to keep FruitOne Europe’s engine running at full speed?Send us your CV and short introduction
