About the RoleDeveloping and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Responsible for managing entire manpower as per the company standards and requirements.ResponsibilitiesBridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.Managing the recruitment and selection process.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.Report to line manager and provide decision support through HR metrics.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Create documentation for rules and regulations, communicate this important information to employees and create procedures for training employees on these policies.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree/3 years diploma from a recognized institute is desirable. PG Degree /PG Diploma is preferred.Required SkillsMinimum 5 years of Experience with PG Degree/ PG Diploma Minimum 3 years of Experience with bachelor’s degree Minimum 7 years of experience with Diploma
