Job Description

Location: Chihuahua, MexicoWe are seeking a contract Operations Administrator to deliver administrative support across our organization. This role will also support supply chain management (SCM) activities, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.Main Duties/ResponsibilitiesManage administrative vendor relations and procurement of office suppliesReview vendor invoices and coordinate with accounts payable for payment processingOrganize internal events such as training, meetings, and staff gatheringsMaintain and file administrative documents in line with company policiesHandle supplier tax documentation for customer-related requirementsSupport office inspections and generate maintenance reports as neededAssist with front desk duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, and preparing meeting spacesCoordinate facility services, including cleaning, restocking, maintenance and repairs.Manage warehouse utilities and other general servicesHelp ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standardsManage employee-assigned assets such as laptops and mobile phonesSupport purchasing, logistics and inventory management as requiredGenerate operational reports as requiredProvide general support to the accounting and administrative teamsPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequired Skills/AbilitiesBilingual in English and SpanishExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareExcellent analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detailAbility to manage confidential informationExperience in ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Education And ExperienceAssociate’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, accounting or related field requiredMinimum two years of experience in administration requiredMinimum two years of experience in inventory management preferredExperience in international operation preferredExperience in manufacturing operation preferredSAP S4 HANA experience preferredPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
