Operations & Finance Assistant (Fully Remote - UK only) - Flexible workingA growing technology consultancy is seeking an Operations & Finance Administrator to join their team. This is a fully remote role offering flexibility and variety, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing financial tasks with operational administration.The position is split 50% finance and 50% operations, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing numbers while keeping business processes running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance (50%)Update and reconcile cash flowMonitor bank accounts and credit card transactionsProcess payroll, invoices, and expensesMaintain Xero records and assist with credit controlPrepare month-end details and liaise with accountantsOperations (50%)Maintain operational records and compliance trackersSupport onboarding/offboarding processesUpdate internal systems (HR and time-tracking tools)Prepare contracts, reports, and templatesCoordinate with vendors and manage purchase ordersWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in finance AND operations supportStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Xero and Microsoft 365.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote settingBenefitsFully remote positionEquipment providedOpportunities for growth and developmentHealthcare options after probationCompany pension and employee assistance programmeInterested?
