Operations Analyst - Wealth Management

Overview:Our client, a boutique Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm based in Miami, is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their growing team. This role is focused primarily on day-to-day operations, with occasional analytical support for quarterly reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the operational side of investment management.Key Responsibilities:Manage account opening and maintenance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Oversee client onboarding, including additions and deletions of authorized account holders.Handle alternative investment and private equity subscriptions, coordinating with custodians and fund administrators.Maintain accurate client records and ensure all operational workflows meet internal and regulatory standards.Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth operational execution.Assist with quarterly reporting processes.Support data review and reconciliation using Excel reports produced by Addepar (no prior Addepar experience required).Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.Bilingual - English & SpanishPrior experience in financial services operations preferred, ideally within an RIA or asset management firm.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general comfort with investment reporting systems.
