We take pride in fostering supportive, human-led, group learning environments that build technical proficiency and confidence in participants.Join us and let's shape the AI Economy together!Your impact The Operation Analyst (OA) collaborates with our Program Managers and assist in the management of Correlation One’s live, online training programs that serve hundreds of students at a time. The OA works with the Business Operations and Curriculum teams, contracted instructors and teaching assistants to complete ad hoc projects to uncover insights about our data and/or digital skills training programs.The ideal candidate is an excellent project manager and is able to execute simultaneous competing deadlines and tasks involving multiple stakeholders. The OA analyzes program data, provides support for live class ensuring learners, teaching assistants, instructors, and other stakeholders engage and benefit from the program. The Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting the Program Manager in running a successful admissions process, which includes application setup and launch, applicant pipeline monitoring and reporting, and marketing initiatives, Q&A sessions, and/or any necessary applicant support to ensure strong enrollment.A successful Operations Analyst is a quick learner with a strong work ethic who takes initiative and is able to navigate ambiguity productively and patiently. They have an interest in changing lives through education and a desire to work on larger and/or different programs as we continue to scale. We have a hard-working but fun culture where the best ideas win, whether they come from our CEO or our newest team member.A day in the life Assist with the preparing and launch of Correlation One training programs, including application management, instructional staff hiring, cross-functional team collaboration, and client communication. Collaborate with the Product and Operations team to run our business operations, with a focus on our data science and data analytics training programsCreate a friendly, professional learning environment by troubleshooting learner needs and responding to all inquiries in a timely, professional mannerPerform anecdotal & statistical analysis on our collected product data to uncover actionable insights across different distribution channels, geographies, and client segmentsComplete ad hoc projects related to our data science and data analytics training programsCollaborate with internal team to creativity assess and test new products, and build growth strategiesManage the live class operations on Saturdays. Most of the synchronous instruction for our training programs occurs on Saturdays in a “live online” format (e.g., synchronous but delivered fully online). The person in this role would get a day off each week (e.g., Friday or Monday) to offset any Saturday they work.Your expertise 2+ years full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics roleMinimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experienceExperience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholdersExceptional written and verbal communication skills with large audiences and varying levels of English language proficiency Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervisionProactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learnerStrong customer service ethic, with experience supporting relationships with individuals and clientsFamiliarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Powerpoint and ExcelFamiliarity with Slack and Zoom strongly preferredTime CommitmentWhile we provide a lot of flexibility as a remote-first organization, and given the general needs of the training operations team, the guide for working hours align to the East Coast (Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM ET)Given the nature of adult learners, occasional work on Saturdays is required.
