Operations Analyst (FX / NDF / CFD)Location: London (Hybrid)Employment Type: PermanentAbout the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Operations Analyst to join a fast-paced and technology-driven trading environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day post-trade operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and robust control across multiple asset classes.This is a chance to gain hands-on experience across FX, NDF, and CFD markets, working closely with senior market professionals and cross-functional teams including Trading, Risk, Technology, and Sales.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily trade and position reconciliations across FX, NDF, and CFD asset classes.Manage collateral movements, margin calls, and payments with accuracy and timeliness.Process client and house swaps, ensuring all lifecycle events are correctly captured.Liaise with liquidity providers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth settlements.Support client onboarding, account setup, and maintenance.Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve operational issues.Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to drive scalability.Prepare operational and management reports for internal stakeholders.About You1–3 years’ experience in an Operations or Middle Office role within a Prime-of-Prime, brokerage, or FinTech environment.Strong understanding of FX, NDF, and CFD products and their trade lifecycle.Proficient in Excel and confident working with operational systems and data.Exceptional attention to detail with a strong control mindset.Clear and confident communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.Team-oriented with a genuine interest in learning and developing within electronic trading.What’s on OfferExposure to multiple asset classes in a growing global trading environment.Collaborative culture with access to senior market professionals.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
