Senior Controller - Manufacturing Sector (Southern Bavarian Global HQ) Are you ready to take on a key controlling role where data becomes strategy and figures turn into direction? It offers a truly collaborative environment where voices are heard, initiatives are encouraged, and digital innovation is a reality.What You’ll Do:You’ll support cost and performance planning across the full production value chain - from early cost estimations to post-production analyses. In this pivotal role, you will:Prepare and manage cost, sales, and performance planning in close alignment with production and management.Conduct in-depth target/actual comparisons and derive actionable insights and control measures.Develop and automate modern reporting and dashboard solutions (Power BI) that enhance transparency and support decision-making.Actively contribute to the digitalisation of controlling processes, particularly within cost accounting and calculation.Provide ad-hoc analyses and act as a trusted business partner to senior management - interpreting figures and advising on strategic decisions, not just reporting them.What You Bring:A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Several years of experience in manufacturing/sales controlling - ideally within an industrial production environment.A strong command of data visualisation and automation tools, especially MS Power BI.ERP system experience (Infor LN or similar) and a good understanding of IT-driven controlling processes.A sharp analytical mind and the confidence to translate numbers into recommendations.Fluent German and very good English communication skills.What Awaits You:A stable position in a financially solid, forward-thinking Global industrial group.Competitive compensation (approx. €65-80,000 package depending on experience).Flexible hybrid setup: typically 3-4 days on-site, 1-2 days home office.30 vacation days, performance-based bonuses, and strong social benefits.A modern working environment in a Global HQ with a genuine “people-first” culture - flat hierarchies, open communication, and plenty of room for personal growth.If you’re looking for a controlling role where you can shape insights rather than just report them, and you value working in an environment that blends tradition with innovation, this could be the next meaningful step in your career.
