You’ll oversee daily operations, inspire and coach your team, and drive membership sales and retention across multiple locations.This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for a skilled and experienced professional who knows how to lead teams, manage performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a dynamic, service-oriented business.This position offers an hourly rate of $28–$33, depending on experience, plus quarterly commission based on membership growth and retention. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and motivate front desk and therapist teams to deliver a premium client experience.Drive accountability for membership goals, customer satisfaction, and service standards.Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide ongoing coaching and recognition.Build a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and high energy across all locations.Membership Growth & Client RetentionOwn membership development strategy—from initial sales to long-term retention.Train and mentor staff on sales techniques, client communication, and service excellence.Monitor sales data and client feedback to identify growth opportunities and trends.Collaborate with ownership to design and execute promotions and incentive programs.Operations & AdministrationOversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure consistency and excellence.Manage scheduling, payroll corrections, time-off requests, and adherence to ABW standards.Support budgeting, vendor relationships, and inventory management.Maintain operational efficiency through process improvements and proactive problem-solving.QUALIFICATIONS3–5 years of management or supervisory experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or other service-driven environments.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable for sales and performance goals.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency with scheduling and management software (Vagaro, Mindbody, or similar).Experience with budgeting, payroll, and vendor management.High-energy, professional demeanor and passion for exceptional customer service.WHY JOIN ACTIVE BODYWORKAt Active Bodywork, you’ll lead a team that’s redefining how people think about recovery.
