The business has reached a scale requiring dedicated operational support to manage daily client relationships and streamline order fulfillment.Job OverviewYou’ll be the vital operational link between client orders and production in a dynamic jewelry manufacturing environment. This role puts you at the center of bringing beautiful, custom jewelry pieces to life while managing the critical workflows that keep the business running smoothly. You’ll own client communications, coordinate complex order processing, and work directly with 3D design files in a creative industry where attention to detail makes all the difference.Job HighlightsPaid Hours per Week: 40Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with 1 hour unpaid break | Eastern TimeWork Arrangement: Work from homeContract: Independent ContractorSide note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes.
