The Assistant - Operations will provide administrative and operational support across various functions, including vending machine replenishment, marketing activities, and day-to-day office coordination. This role involves handling documentation, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of administrative tasks in support of company operations. Job ResponsibilitiesHandle vending machine replenishments, stock updates, and coordination with suppliersSupport the marketing team with event logistics, coordination, and admin-related workManage routine administrative tasks, such as collecting signatures, submitting documents, and handling bank-related workCoordinate with vendors for quotations, price negotiations, and timely follow-up on payments or deliveriesMaintain proper records of expenses, payments, and replenishment schedulesAssist with employee engagement and internal support activities when requiredEnsure smooth day-to-day operations by supporting different departments with ad-hoc admin tasks Job Requirements Six months - One year of experience in administration, coordination, or operations (internship experience accepted)Strong communication and coordination skillsOrganized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitaskBasic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Willingness to handle both office and on-site tasks as neededIf this role sounds like a good fit for you, we’d love to hear from you!
