Our mission is to redefine clothing care through craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability.About the role We are seeking a hardworking and self-motivated Operations Assistant to help build and strengthen the systems and processes that power SOJO’s tailoring operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves problem-solving, and has a systems-thinking mindset.You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to implement efficient workflows, monitor studio performance, and ensure smooth coordination across our tailoring network.
