Our client is looking for an Operations Assistant to support smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily operations and administrative tasks, including communication, reporting, and correspondence. Support sales efforts by assisting with orders, deliveries, returns, invoicing, and maintaining customer databases. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate reorders, and maintain stock organization. Liaise with customers and vendors on payments and purchase orders. Assist in preparing detailed reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance metrics. Schedule quarterly inventory checks. RequirementsHigh school diploma and prior experience in administrative support, operations, or customer service roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle daily operations and multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
