Job DescriptionConduct routine inspection to Sortation Center (SOC) and Hubs of Shopee Express to ensure that standard policy, compliance, workflows, and procedures are in place to support the operationInspect the operating compliance in Sortation Center and Hubs (based on the SOP) as well as identify improvement opportunities by providing problem identificationAssess the Sortation Center and Hubs compliance level against the standard assessment checklistSummarize and report key findings from the inspection on regular basis (daily, weekly and monthly) focusing on the bottlenecks to increase productivity and reduce costRequirementsMinimum 1 years of experience in Quality Control / Assurance / SOP compliancePrior experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or e-commerce background will be an advantageFamiliar with logistic KPI, metric, system, and flowThorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standardsHighly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervisionGood communication skills and easy to adapt to the new environmentWilling to do work mobile to visit Sortation Center or Hubs to conduct an audit (shift working hours)Willing to be placed at Tanjung Morawa, Kab. Deli Serdang
