Operations & Commercial Support Associate Solas IT Recruitment – Dublin About UsSolas IT is a specialist IT Recruitment agency partnering with leading organisations across Ireland and internationally. We are a small, ambitious, high-performance team where every individual has a visible impact on the business.We are now hiring a highly motivated, ambitious junior team member to work directly with the Operations Director and Managing Director in a varied, high-exposure role supporting projects, recruitment operations, and business growth.This is not a traditional “admin” job. It is a career-launch role for someone curious, driven, and hungry to learn how a recruitment business operates and grows.Location & Working ModelWe believe early-stage learning happens best through proximity, collaboration and exposure.
