We’re a fast-growing Series C startup looking for an Operations Coordinator to keep our creative studio running smoothly, with a special focus on compliance management.This role is ideal for someone starting their career who wants to get exposure to tech, SaaS, marketing, and creative operations. You’ll learn how campaigns move from concept to live assets, how compliance shapes creative in regulated industries, and how to keep resourcing and workflows aligned across a busy studio.Your days will be filled with coordinating asset movement, double-checking details, onboarding company members to our studio-adjacent tools, advising on studio resourcing, and keeping our compliance documentation tidy and up-to-date. You’ll be the grease that keeps the studio production wheels turning - making sure nothing slips through the cracks.This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Growth Marketing Project Manager. While the role is fully remote, the ideal candidate is located in the Eastern Time Zone to align with our team members in London and North America.What You'll Be DoingShepherding assets through compliance by checking that tickets and attachments have the right context and formats before submission to our internal compliance team and bank partners.Managing the compliance dashboard by tracking submissions, approvals, and turnaround times to give the studio visibility into bottlenecks, deadlines, and overall compliance health.Distributing compliance updates to the studio by updating Figma templates, auditing existing assets for required changes, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.Maintaining and organizing our digital asset management tool (Frontify) to ensure assets are tagged and searchable, compliance approvals and details are documented, and the team is using the library consistently and correctly.Assisting with audit preparation by gathering and organizing marketing materials needed for compliance and bank partner audits.Monitoring creative studio resourcing by tracking workload distribution and flagging imbalances to leads, helping optimize team capacity.Supporting training and onboarding by helping new Cleo employees, freelancers, and agency partners learn studio tooling basics (ex: how to submit requests to the studio in ClickUp, find assets in Frontify, etc.) and compliance requirements when applicable.Support smooth collaboration between creative, compliance, and marketing stakeholders by reducing miscommunication and flagging risks before they become blockers.Managing billing and subscriptions for studio tools to ensure accounts remain updated and accurate.About YouYou’re meticulous and organized.
