Most of all, you take pride in driving efficiency and creating a seamless experience for both teams and customers.Position OverviewThe Operations Coordinator, CCoE is responsible for supporting the Vice President’s mandate of providing world-class service to DataStealth’s existing customers and ensuring a proactive, positive and consistent experience. This position will provide administrative support to the Vice President and will be available to the broader CCoE team in providing PMO standards and assistance as required. This social yet detail-oriented professional will support the department in providing standardized reporting and will often represent the Vice President, acting as a liaison between departments and as the voice of the CCoE in its internal and external communications.Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide the Vice President with precise and timely departmental reporting, including but not limited to revenue estimates and project status summariesImprove the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance DataStealth’s delivery capacity and revenue realizationWork with HR to ensure that the Department’s resource requirements are communicated and kept on trackCommunicate with the appropriate customer contacts and set up meetings for the Vice President of the CCoE as requiredManage the Vice President’s calendar and communication to internal and external stakeholders as appropriateSupporting the Account Review process and ensure that any information required from the customer is obtained well in advance Support the CCoE in the budget review process and report cost plans to senior managementManage data collection, update metrics, and create standardized reportsSupport the Vice President in identifying renewal risks across the customer baseHelp the Vice President achieve productivity and revenue targets, reduce costs, eliminate errors, and be the model of exemplary customer service when engagingPartner with cross-functional teams to improve the use of tools and systemsPlan internal and external meetings, create detailed agendas, and ensure that schedules are followed and respectedAct as a ‘gatekeeper’ for the Vice President understanding and respecting the priorities of the CCoE at any given timePrepare and submit the Vice President’s expense reports accurately and efficientlySupport the TAM’s and TPM’s as required, and be able to analyze project success, including applying lessons learnedStandardize project management methodologies, processes and templatesSupport the Project Management portion of the CCoE by sharing knowledge of best practicesQualificationsProject Management Graduate Certificate program (college) or a Bachelor of Commerce (university)5 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years of experience in a project coordination role, or a track record of delivering and successfully managing multiple prioritiesExceptional professionalism, with the ability to represent the CCoE in a positive fashion and with impeccable integrityPrior experience managing deployment of DataStealth to enterprise customersExcellent planning, prioritization and time management skillsAbility to analyze financial data (including budgets) and to design reportsExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with project teams and with various staff/leadership from across the company, as well as external stakeholdersProven ability to handle confidential information with discretionExcellent written and verbal communication and documentation skillsSuperior attention to detail with excellent organization skillsDriven, highly motivated and results-orientedTeam player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlinesThe courage and willingness to follow up with people proactively, understanding the importance of time Manage competing priorities and demonstrating the highest level of service and responseDataStealth is an equal opportunity employer.
