This role is ideal for someone who naturally thinks 3 steps ahead, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys keeping projects and people organized. You’ll work closely with executives and the marketing department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent follow-through on key initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport executives with scheduling, follow-ups, and organization across multiple projects.Keep track of priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear.Manage and streamline internal workflows between leadership and the marketing team.Follow up consistently with team members and vendors to ensure tasks are completed.Maintain organized records, digital files, and progress trackers.Assist in coordinating marketing and operational initiatives.Handle administrative tasks and correspondence as needed.Ideal CandidateNaturally organized, proactive, and always thinking several steps ahead.Not afraid to follow up repeatedly to make sure things get done.Experienced in marketing coordination or supporting marketing managers.Skilled at working directly with executives and leadership teams.Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to new projects.Tools & PlatformsYou’ll primarily use browser-based tools and apps such as: Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, and Qwilr.Compensation$1500–$1800 USD/monthWhy Join Us?We offer long-term growth opportunities in a stable and collaborative environment.If this sounds like the role for you, we’d love to hear from you! 🙂
