Teal is looking for an Operations Coordinator with experience working in digital health to help us scale practice operations and customer support. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with an ability to drive execution, a passion for optimizing health solutions and eager to provide hands-on assistance to Teal patients.Responsibilities:Medical Practice Operations (40%)Owning administrative and operational daily workflows related to seamless patient telehealth sessions – new patient onboarding, referrals, escalations, billing, insurance eligibility, and moreProvide concierge support for Teal patients in their follow up care journey through proactive outreach to other providers, scheduling, tracking down medical records, and monitoring outcomesElevate our Teal providers by providing administrative support as the “front desk” for their virtual practice – assisting with questions, supporting scheduling, helping with new provider onboarding, and driving provider engagement initiativesCustomer Support Operations (50%)Responding to customer inquiries in multiple platforms, including a live chatbot, ensuring a seamless customer experience that meets our business metrics and SLAsPartnering with our third party logistics team and engineering to drive resolution for shipping issues and delaysOrdering replacement Teal Wand kits, outreaching around late test kids, and managing any device returnsManaging customer technical issues and basic support for telehealth sessions, with the help of our engineering teamGathering and reporting on trends from feedback from customer and provider surveys and other touch pointsOn-site Office Manager/General Operations (10%)Assist in office administrative needs and onsite support to operations team (Head of Operations, Medical Operations Director, Chief of Staff)Support in planning and execution of our biannual, company-wide on-sitesRequirements:3+ years of work experience in operations or customer support at a tech company (ideally in digital health) or other high-growth environmentOutstanding communication skills, both written & verbalExperience in working with clinical operations or medical practice operations a plusEmpathetic voice in working with customers and providers: able to hear and understand customer needs and also to communicate clearly and effectivelyExperience building and improving operational processes, with improvements informed by data and observationsThe ability to work independently: you are at ease working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and managing competing prioritiesThe ability to learn new platforms quickly and drive optimization of productivity toolsAttention to detail, especially as it pertains to dataA strong commitment to cultivating belonging, equity, and diverse perspectives in an early-stage companyA belief in the Teal Health valuesBenefits offered include:Equity CompensationHealth & Dependent Care FSA401KParental leave for eligible employeesFlexible PTOCompensation Range: $60K - $65K
