You will oversee day to day operations, developing and delivering the operational strategy, optimise systems and processes, and drive digital innovation to enhance client experience and business performance.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows the mortgage and wealth sector inside out and wants to make a genuine impact across technology, people, and process.Experience required:Significant experience in an operational leadership role within financial servicesProven track record of driving digital transformation and operational improvement.Strong project management skills, with experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI).Up to £120k Basic + Bonus + Benefits
