Since launching in 2019, we’ve built a cult following in the UK and internationally, establishing a reputation for innovation, quality and design-led minimalism.As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we’re seeking an Operations Director to take ownership of day-to-day business operations and help scale the brand both in the UK and internationally.The RoleReporting to the founders, you’ll lead the smooth running of the business across production, finance, retail, customer experience and logistics. You’ll turn vision into execution — ensuring operational excellence, financial control, and a consistently exceptional client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations across HQ, atelier and retail.Build efficient, scalable systems and workflows.Oversee supply chain, production timelines and client experience.Manage budgets, cashflow and KPI tracking.Support and develop team leads, driving a collaborative and high-performing culture.Partner with founders on strategic projects and growth initiatives.About You5–7+ years’ experience in operations or senior management.Background in fashion, luxury retail, bridal or interiors preferred.Proven track record introducing systems and managing cross-functional teams.Commercially minded, solutions-driven and hands-on.Excited to shape the future of a fast-scaling luxury brand.What We OfferOpportunity to play a pivotal role in a cult London label.Creative, dynamic team based in Shoreditch.Competitive package
