They pride themselves on innovation, transparency, and customer satisfaction, ensuring every product meets rigorous quality standards.About The RoleOur client is a fast-growing electrolyte gummy brand sold on Amazon and Shopify. They are looking for a sharp, organized operator to take ownership of the day-to-day details — production, fulfillment, vendors, and reporting — so the founders can focus on growth. This is a flexible, evolving role that may expand as the company scales.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with manufacturer (Sky Nutro), packager (ePac), and 3PL to ensure production, shipping, and inventory stay on trackTrack reorder points, lead times, and incoming shipmentsMaintain up-to-date SKUs, pricing, and logistics information across systemsFollow up with agencies, vendors, and partners to keep projects movingMaintain dashboards and weekly summaries of key numbers (sales, stock, shipments, etc.)Create and document simple processes so operations run smoothly and consistentlySkills & Requirements2-5 years experience in eCommerce, CPG, or operationsExtremely organized, reliable, and proactive — strong follow-up and attention to detailComfortable managing multiple threads with manufacturers, logistics, and agenciesStrong with spreadsheets, docs, and general digital tools (Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, etc.)Communicates clearly and professionallyIdeal TraitsThrives in a fast-moving, small-team startup environmentTakes ownership and solves problems independentlyLikes clear systems and continuous improvementOpen to learning — role will evolve as the company grows
