As Operations Executive, you'll be at the heart of our operations, gaining exposure to every facet of our business – from the moment a customer places an order to the final delivery and invoicing.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-scaling international business. You will be the operational backbone of our team, managing, orders, customers, finance coordination and supply chain support.Key Responsibilities: From Customer Order to Commercial diligenceThis role offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities, ensuring no two days are the same:Responsible for the production, procurement and planning of daily activitiesProcess orders from customers, create delivery orders and organise direct deliveriesCo-ordinate with all sales leads to ensure order delivery times are metStock managementFinance & Payroll:Submit and manage invoices using Xero, ensuring timely vendor payments.Partner with finance team to manage reconciliations, cost control, and financial reporting.Maintain compliance across transactions and budget tracking.Supply Chain & Licensing:Coordinate supply chain logistics from Europe to the UK.Track inventory and ensure on-time deliveries.Oversee and maintain regulatory compliance for brand licensing across customers.Requirements:Experience: 1 -2 years in operationsTechnical Skills: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Xero, and Dynamics 365. Experience with CRM systems is favourablePersonal Attributes: Exceptional multitasking, time management, and communication abilities. Detail-oriented, discreet, and proactive with a can-do attitude. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
