Renowned for its financial strength and service excellence, it continues to set the benchmark for customer satisfaction and innovation in the regional insurance market.Job SummaryThe Operations Executive (Insurance) is responsible for issuing and servicing insurance policies efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory standards, and defined KPIs. The role involves end-to-end handling of policy administration activities for Motor, Home, or Travel Insurance while maintaining high service quality and supporting operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess all requests, including new policy setups, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and queries, ensuring accuracy and timely completion in line with required checklists and procedures.Ensure full compliance with underwriting guidelines, regulatory standards, and company policies, including documentation screening, reporting of suspicious transactions, and record retention.Adhere strictly to the Authority Matrix and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), referring any deviations for approval as per the defined process.Execute policy issuance and administration activities in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TATs).Maintain quality benchmarks across all policy transactions in accordance with established SOPs.Verify accuracy of policy documents, terms & conditions, endorsements, and service requests before issuance.Ensure timely fulfillment of new and renewal policies, endorsements, and related service requests as per defined standards.Coordinate and follow up with internal teams and other departments to ensure smooth resolution of requests and issues.Deliver excellent customer service by handling internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly.Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Motor, Home, or Travel Insurance policy administration.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent time management and organization.Policy processing and documentation accuracy.Problem-solving and discrepancy resolution.Data entry and record management.Policy interpretation and application of insurance guidelines.Customer service and query handling.Familiarity with Authority Matrix and SOP compliance.Licentiate or Associate from III or Certificate (CII) preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Fluent in English.Licentiate or Associate from III, or Certificate (CII) preferred.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
