As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring both owners and drivers enjoy a smooth, efficient experience from start to finish.What You’ll Be Doing:As an Operations Intern, you’ll gain exposure across sourcing, client operations, and issue resolution, working directly with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing client by ensuring inquiries, renewals, and issues are handled efficiently and professionally.Monitor ongoing bookings or cases, ensuring updates are timely, documented, and communicated clearly between all parties.Occasionally liaise with building management to confirm site details or operational requirements (light coordination, no heavy ground work).Collect and analyze user feedback to identify improvement areas in customer experience and operational flow.Contribute to database enhancement by tracking lead progress, verifying data accuracy, and flagging relevant market insights.Participate in team projects aimed at improving sourcing efficiency, user conversion, and internal SOPs.What we're looking for:Currently pursuing or final year student with a diploma/degree in Business Administration/ Management, Economics, Logistics & Supply Chain or related fields.Strong communicator, organized, and curious about how businesses operate behind the scenes.Adaptable — you’re comfortable juggling a few moving parts while staying detail-oriented.Proactive learner who’s not afraid to ask questions or suggest better ways of doing things.Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, or digital tools (training will be provided).What You’ll Gain:⭐Practical experience in operations management, customer success, and sourcing.⭐Exposure to real business processes — from client communication to internal coordination.⭐Mentorship from a fast-moving startup team that values ideas and initiative.⭐A clearer picture of how tech and people connect to drive daily operations.If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and want to see how customer success works behind the scenes — come join us!
