If this is also your career goal, then welcome to PJ's Coffee Vietnam, we've been waiting!As an operations intern, you will be assisting other senior team members in a multitude of activities, ranging from sales and marketing to employee engagement and development.Working office: TRG International Office, 145-147 Nguyen Co Thach Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC or working virtually under permission of ManagerPlease note: This is an unpaid internship and the interns are required to start immediately.What does a successful Operations Intern look like?This internship is customisable to best fit your career goal. You can choose to dedicate yourself to a specific role of desire. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:a) Supply ChainPlanning:Support to conduct monthly forecast maintenance.Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.Consider forecast and inventory to suggest purchasing.Procurement:Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.Document and assist with the purchasing process.Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.Warehousing & Distribution:Ensure daily warehouse activity is aligned with the SOPs.Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately.Prepare goods for transfer requests from stores, events, and e-commerce channels.Document work processes, suggest periodic process improvementb) Sales CateringCreate and manage documents required for the events Create new procedures (if needed) for organizing events Manage escalated on-site issues Coordinate and integrate all other operations within an event Work with other departments to ensure that all operational requirements of the events are fulfilled. Resolve escalated participants' enquiries regarding the events. Assist with setting up and tear down of events Input event PL and Check SCMFind new prospects, consult customers to close the deals Manage the cost of consumable materials in each event to ensure the target margin. Document work processes, suggest periodic process improvementc) SalesPlan monthly sales and give recommendations Work with external partners (food delivery platforms, ecommerce marketplaces, suppliers) to update menus, pricing, product information, etc. Conduct market research to find and connect PJ’s with potential business partner(s). Assist in planning and execution of promotions to drive sales potential Document work processes, suggest periodic process improvementd) MarketingConduct content planning and execute F&B events/promotions/ campaigns. Research and curate informative and engaging content for website, blog, social channels Provide support for the design team with photography Plan and write content on channels; respond to customer comments and messages on social platforms Coordinate with the Sales team to unify monthly and quarterly promotions and campaign schemes. Review performance on social channels and suggest solutions for improvement periodically.
