Operations Junior Engineer (Industrial Engineer)

Boutiqaat is searching for a passionate Junior Operations Engineer eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact!What You’ll Be Doing:Help ensure goods arrive on time and are properly received.Track products, flag discrepancies like expiry dates or damages, and support forecasting efforts.Support timely, accurate order fulfillment and improve packing and sorting workflows.Help shorten delivery times and boost customer satisfaction.Assist in tracking shipments and planning efficient delivery routes.Monitor logistics performance and spot cost-saving opportunities.Track stock movements, assist in replenishment, and keep inventory up to date.Help maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, using FIFO and FEFO methods.Assist with daily operational tasks across departments.Prepare reports on performance metrics and progress.Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth workflows and clear communication.Participate in training sessions to build your skills and expertise.What You Bring to the Table:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering.0 – 1 year experience in operations (preferred but not required).Basic Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
