You will engage directly with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and service providers, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple functions. In this role, you will be expected to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, take ownership of specific workflows, and represent BCG with professionalism and integrity, always upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.You Are Good AtPartnering with the stakeholders to independently manage medical reimbursement processes and other related administrative tasks;Building and maintaining strong relationships with our health care fund and health insurance broker, facilitating smooth communication and efficient scheduling between internal stakeholders and external partners;Processing documentation with precision and timeliness, guaranteeing compliance with internal standards;Collaborating closely with Operations colleagues (Payroll) to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of administrative procedures;Acting with a problem-solving mindset, anticipating needs and proposing solutions to improve both user and team experience.The support will be focused on the activities listed above but not limited to them.What You'll BringRelevant previous experience in operations/admin department in big international environmentsUniversity degree is preferredExcellent communication skills (both written and oral) in Italian and EnglishProven ability to work with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and openness to learning new systems and digital toolsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentialityProactivity and reliability, with a goal-oriented approach and the ability to work with autonomy, taking full responsibility for assigned processesA client-service mindset, with the ability to understand stakeholders’ needs and deliver solutions effectivelyWho You'll Work WithOur business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively.
