Operations Lead Strategy & Operations Lead — AI Automation Startup - Series A

We’re hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead who has experience in management consulting and startup operations for a high-growth startup in San Francisco. The company is building AI workers that automate communication for logistics and supply-chain businesses — replacing endless calls and emails with intelligent, self-operating agents. As the Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll help us scale the internal systems that keep a fast-growing AI company moving quickly and effectively.This is a hands-on operator role, not a strategy-only position.
