Operations Manager - Hyderabad India

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Hyderabad, India. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage quality control, coordinate with different departments, and ensure efficient production processes. They will implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support sustainable growth. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for resource management, team leadership, and adhering to compliance and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate procurement, warehouse, production, HSE, installation teams, and project executionImplement and maintain quality control systems across all operational processesLead project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and of the highest standards of qualityMonitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goalsOversee supply chain management and inventory controlEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirementsDevelop and execute strategies for operational efficiency and cost reductionCoordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow between warehouse, production, procurement, HSE and installation teamsMonitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvementLead and develop team members through training and performance managementBuild and maintain relationships with clients and suppliersManage and monitor operational budgets, revenue forecasts, and targetsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across departmentsOversee equipment maintenance schedules and facility managementOptimize resource allocation and utilization across projectsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a façade, or joinery sub-contracting company. With experience in managing multiple teams across multiple projects and scopes.Excellent project management and problem-solving skillsProven leadership abilities and team management experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in glazing, joinery, or construction industryKnowledge of industry-specific software technology, and ERP systemsMBA or advanced degree in related field
