Therefore, we set ourselves on a mission to develop the most innovative and advanced solutions to achieve a state of effortless marketing for our clients.About the Role:We are looking for a talented and highly organized Project Manager to join our Digital Performance and Search Arbitrage Department.This is a high-impact role focused on managing large, cross-functional projects that connect technology, media, and monetization.You will be responsible for streamlining internal workflows, supporting executive functions, and managing company-wide processes in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who excels in a data-driven setting and is passionate about using automation and AI tools to achieve operational excellence.What You'll Be Doing:• Manage multiple projects from planning through execution within the department’s workflow.• Coordinate daily work across multiple key teams and stakeholders, including media buyers, R&D, data/feed partners, advertising platforms, and finance.• Oversee the implementation of tracking pixels, API integrations, and postback URLs, ensuring data accuracy and seamless data flow between systems.• Optimize processes, identify workflow bottlenecks, and implement automation to increase efficiency and minimize human errors.• Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.• Create and oversee performance and operational reports.• Identify and address potential technical or operational risks.• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.Desired Skills and Experience:• Over 2 years of experience in project management or business operations, preferably in digital marketing, performance advertising, or search arbitrage.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related analytical field - MUST.• Experience in AdTech or programmatic performance marketing – a strong advantage.• Excellent understanding of online advertising platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.) and performance metrics.• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.• High level of English (both written and spoken).• Tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented.• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Big Plus:• Proficient in AI, with demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools and chatbots for research, troubleshooting, and workflow enhancement.• Experienced with automation platforms like Make, n8n, or Zapier.• Creative problem solver with a data-driven approach.Working Hours:Full-time position: Sunday to Thursday.Hybrid work mode with offices located in Tel Aviv.Application:***Please attach your CV and portfolio in English along with your application.
