You’ll take ownership of operational initiatives that keep the business running smoothly and free up senior leaders to focus on strategy and growth.If you love problem-solving, enjoy variety, and can take a brief and run with it, this could be the role for you.What you’ll doProject deliveryLead defined operational projects from planning through to delivery.Example projects include:Managing an office relocation (lease break, site sourcing, move coordination)Coordinating new product launches with design and supply partnersOverhauling business insurance and supplier contracts as the business scalesSourcing and onboarding new suppliers for packaging, print, and fulfilmentBusiness operations and administrationOversee day-to-day business operations and general admin to keep things running efficiently.Manage office logistics and external contractors.Support legal and compliance activity, including trademarks, IP, and data protection.Maintain internal systems and ensure documentation is kept up to date.Supply chain supportEvaluate and recommend suppliers across packaging and logistics.Analyse cost structures and model margin impacts using Google Sheets.Support a multi-channel setup spanning ecommerce and retail.About youYou’re a proactive, adaptable operator with a broad operations background in a startup or scale-up environment. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities, working autonomously, and driving projects through to completion.You’ll bring4+ years’ generalist operations experience in a startup or consumer businessExperience across ecommerce and retail operationsStrong project management and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to work independently and switch between diverse workstreamsConfidence with numbers and cost analysis (Google Sheets proficiency preferred)Bonus points forExperience in product development or quality assuranceExposure to trademarks, IP, or compliance projectsBackground in retail expansion or new market entry
