Location: Downtown Toronto, Liberty Village | Full-Time, Onsite (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)Reports To: Senior Management (Partners, CFO, Design Manager)Salary: $70,000 + Full BenefitsOur client in the Architecture and Design space, is a hiring a people-savvy Studio Operation's Manager to support their senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, HR, and office management experience, especially in creative industries like design, architecture, real estate, or hospitality. You’ll be the heart of the studio: managing culture, onboarding, tech, admin, and HR policies, all while keeping our 36+ talented designers supported and heard. This is a key role requiring empathy, professionalism, and a touch of sparkle.Responsibilities:Act as the go-to for office operations, HR support, and culture maintenanceManage onboarding, contracts, and employee documentationSupport recruitment, reviews, training, and team eventsLiaise with IT consultants and troubleshoot tech issuesOversee vendors, supplies, policies, and front desk coordinationAssist Partners, CFO, and Design Manager with executive admin tasksEnsure a clean, organized, and vibrant studio environmentQualifications:5+ years in admin/ops/HR in a professional, fast-paced officeStrong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Adobe & QuickBooks is a bonusHR diploma or related training (asset)Knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA)Tech-savvy: comfortable solving common office IT issuesWarm, polished, approachable personality - you love people and cultureExcellent communication, discretion, and professional presentationAble to balance being friendly with maintaining professional boundariesThe Vibe We’re After:Someone who brings energy, positivity, and presence.Loves being part of a collaborative, pet-friendly workplace.Think: Office Manager + HR + Culture Champion + Vibes Coordinator.
