This is a full-time, management-focused position where you’ll lead installation crews, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure every project is completed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will report to our office in Orange Park, FL.You’ll work closely with our Project Coordinators to manage job scheduling, oversee installations, handle customer escalations, and provide on-the-job training and support. Hands-on installation experience is required, as you may occasionally assist crews in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage installation crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and to company quality standardsConduct morning startups, assign daily tasks, and monitor crew performanceCheck in on active jobs throughout the day to ensure progress, quality, and customer satisfactionHandle customer escalations professionally, mitigating issues and ensuring a positive resolutionOversee installation scheduling, job completion verification, and quality assuranceSupport installers in the field with technical issues or complex installationsProvide on-the-job training and ongoing coaching to installersCollaborate with Project Coordinators to ensure seamless project executionManage warehouse inventory, materials, and vendor relationshipsEnsure compliance with permitting, documentation, and CRM requirementsTrack job costs, analyze service trends, and implement process improvementsParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and training of installation staffWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in home renovation, kitchen and bath remodeling, or a related tradeStrong plumbing knowledge and ability to support plumbing-related installationsBackground in the general contractor spaceProven leadership and team management experienceHands-on installation experience (able to assist crews when needed)Excellent customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyValid driver’s license and clean driving recordCompensation & BenefitsAnnual base salary: $75,000–$85,000 (based on experience)Performance bonuses based on individual and team resultsCompany vehicle and gas reimbursementSupportive, professional work environment with opportunities for growthJoin Us!If you’re an experienced renovation professional ready to take the next step into a leadership role—driving quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction—we want to hear from you!Apply today to become a key part of the Bath Planet of Jacksonville team.Powered by JazzHR1IQP7GiKoD
